    Enterprise won't work. You can not get permanent activation by upgrading from an earlier version of Enterprise that was activated by KMS.

    Ultimate would do because it would be upgraded to Windows 10 Pro.

    I may be misunderstanding but you do realise W10 Education and Enterprise KMS activate fine. See abbodi's KMS VL All in my sig - will do the job for you.

    I want to see Education or Enterprise activated with KMS. He wants to try Windows 7 and upgrade it to Windows 10 using KMS to activate it there after to better understand the limit of KMS activation.

    Good. If I am correct it means KMS can activate all Windows 10 versions. What is the disadvantage of using KMS tool to activate Windows 10?

    I use the ratiborus tool and it activates all Windows too.

    Well, after some test, time to get back to 14393
