It's happening. When install in GPT-UEFI the reserved partition is 500mb. When install in MBR-Legacy, the reserved partition is 50mb.
It's only officially released on catalog, but you can get it on UUP dump too, not on WU. It's an update like any other, it contains fixes for some printer problems, read the support info.
Rather than start a new thread, thought I'd pop this in here Desperate - Windows 10 keeps connecting to my LAN as a Public Network - WHY? Running 19042, upgraded WFC (Windows Firewall Control) to latest version (6.2) and Immediately lost access to the Internet. Checked WFC Main Panel - Shows my connection as being PUBLIC (when Network and Sharing Center clearly shows PRIVATE) Couldn't locate anywhere in WFC to change the Status back to PRIVATE (So completely uninstalled WFC) However the problem persists, cannot access the internet unless I TURN OFF Windows Firewall Have RESET Network, Re-Installed Network Card...The following services are running. DNS Client [System] ... Proble had occurred once previously, only way I could find to resolve it Function Discovery Resource Publication [Manual (Trigger)] SSDP Discovery [Manual] UPnP Device Host [Automatic (Delayed Start)] <--- if set to Manual the service doesn't start HKLM\Software\Microsoft\WindowsNT\CurrentVersion\NetworkList\Profiles\{xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx} Category: is set to 1 = Private all to no avail, am I missing something?
There are at least 2 different mechanisms to get the Defender Updates by default. One is via normal Windows Update, while the other is directly from a "Defender Update" specific server - the one with the value MicrosoftUpdateServer in the Group Policy. I think the default failover period from the regular Windows Update to the Defender Update server is 7 days, but it might have changed because Microsoft keeps changing their own implementation, for better or worse, depending on who you ask. So if somehow WU was broken, you didn't have to do anything to still receive the Defender definitions updates, although with some delay, in most situations non-critical at least for most users.
I'mme gonne flush this build so hard trough the toilet man I never had so many game crashes and GSOD's
Thanks for your input, and yes I have already done everything mentioned except, the deletion of the unmanaged subkey >and HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\NetworkList\Signatures\Unmanaged I don't use a third party firewall, WFC is basically a frontend (GUI) for Defender Firewall I have now re-installed WFC and it is now currently working [Still says I'm Connected to a Public Network] Believe it is pass time for a complete OS re-install...
The game runs in direct X 11 but I'm fiddling with my bios settings right now see if I can find the solution

I tried it many times, this is one of the worst builds ever. Performance is about 10% less in any benchmark compared to 1809 so I'm back on 1809 Enterprise LTSC
RELEASE - as in Final, vs. PreRelease SVC - Servicing PROD1 - Production (not sure about the 1, could mean 1st CU in the month) CLIENT - vs. Server FRE - https://forums.mydigitallife.net/posts/1553503/
A bit more detailed: 19042.264 - OS Build number 200510-0403 - Build release date (YYMMDD-HHMM) - For MS ISOs this is the ISO creation date, for @abbodi1406's converter that's the update's compilation date (if I recall correctly) vb_release_svc_prod1 - Branch name - Vibranium release servicing (production 1). "Production 1" is most likely (an informant 'on the inside' is 90% sure) the team/lab responsible for the current iteration of the branch (as in team/lab 1 for production releases). In other cases you will have things like im which I assume to mean "intermediate" (19041.331 is one with an im branch string) and some have included "human-like" names for teams such as "sydney_rel_prod" (sydney release production). CLIENTPRO - Edition - Windows 10 Pro (Client as opposed to Server) OEMRET - EULA/Type - Retail ("OEM" is OEM, "VOLUME" is Volume) X64 - Architecture - x86_64/amd64 FRE - Free Build - Opposite of "CHK" which is more widely known as "Debug Build" EN-US - Language code
