It seems so at least in a clean installation. In version 1809 this bug does not exist either and there is the same behavior (the folder is deleted after a reboot). Some commented that this bug appears when doing an in-place upgrade.

It is not that it appears if the account was deleted before, but left by itself from previous versions.
In such a situation, the upgrade in place installation keeps the previous configuration.

Just wondering: has the bug with the SSDs being excessively defragmented been fixed in the latest patch tuesday? Been planning on shoving build 2004 into an SSHD drive on my Lenovo G50-80, so i want to make sure if it's fixed and if it isn't, how this bug affects hybrid drives.

The bug is not that ssd's are being defragmented, it's windows not keeping track it did run optimize, after a reboot.

Thanks for correcting me, though I still wonder whether i should risk it and mitigate it or wait until the next patch (hopefully) fixes things, especially since I dunno how negatively would this affect the SSHD drive, considering it's a hybrid.

Is there any magnet or torrent link for the english isos of .388? I want to put smv 3.8 to the test again, once @GezoeSloog releases the new svf files.
