My video drive is up-to-date from Dec 2016.

 

How come that 20th build will be released soon, since we had 1909 recently, considering 2 anual times for distribution of new versions of windows?

I have downloaded and installed AMD Radeon 19.12.2 yesterday. I noticed high CPU usage, so I removed it.
I am sure that there must be settings configuration to fix that, but I don't play games and see no benefit.

 

1909 is actually 1903 SP1. Microsoft released it as 1909 to give the appearance of 2 Versions released in 2019.

big change i quess fresh install from a usb stick and setup doesn't install windows using uefi until after installation ?

 

I'm sure they will remedy that. That cannot be intended!?

But what do I know. It's getting harder to tell the difference between bug and feature.

 

Since the 20H2 version is released, is this build the RTM?
