If i install 19042.450 on my system now , Do i have to reinstall it once again when the final version releases or just an update would let me carry over ?

No, WU will offer the 20H2 EP at some time and it will simply continue with CUs, just like with 1903 > 1909.

    Ok

Any updates to be integrated ? Or later on via Windows Updates

Business or Client does not make any difference apart from Activation right ?

The settings header has nothing to do with the new start menu enablement reg keys, it was enabled by default on that install.

The header not working on enterprise is a known fact for quite some time and personally i actually couldn't care less about it.

    I have a question!?

Can I delete an older folder in the directory : c:\Windows\servicing\LCU\ and leave the last one?

Do the September updates solve the SSD Trim defragmentation bug?
