Did it cause problems? if no just leave it installed and tell him not to install unknown updates again
He said his system became a little slower than before But I think he`s learn a lesson from this & now & he`s ask me if I could do a clean install for him so will use 190441.508 Then if he wants to add 20H2EP he can But I think he`s install to many cleaning software & other junk overtime & it would be quicker to wipe his system & clean install & start a fresh Once I`ve done that for him i will make a system backup with Macrium Reflect Then in future it can be restore

Then you have installed an unknown update meant for a specific OS called teams/surface hub but you already are on 19042, so nothing changes for you.
WIll this cause future issues with updates moving forward. maybe in in place upgrade with 508 since I am unable to uninstall the 538 kb?

i did notice one mayor issue after this last update VLC player crashes all the time now... i remove it and re-install the latest version but nothing change the crashing continues.
