Because, technically, there is no such thing. All 20H2 / 21Hx images are derived from the same base - 20H1 build 19041.1. This is why I never bother downloading the MSFT updated images like the ones you asked about. I've long ago prepared a 19041.1 base with the two languages I need and whenever I feel like it I open the updates overview post, I grab the latest updates and I integrate them.
ARM code is less dense, so comparing apples to apples arm ISOs are larger, but you are comparing apples with bananas, the arm ISO is an N version so no multimedia components, the x64 is full and probably contains a decade of images, not just one.
Sure but offical MSDN images are with just pre-applied updates so what the difference if I apply them myself or use MSDN one? I just dont understand your reccomendation to use 19xx
