19041 is final Build Number. The 19041.XXX Number will continue to grow through the end of Support with CU's.
I have 2019* in winver (19041.84), is that normal? I mean they usually update these, no? (*The copyright year)
yes, normal & that 2019 is showing for everyone bcz 19041 was released on Dec 2019 & it is still not released publicly (GA) so MS didn't change the year 2019 just yet, once this will released publicly within upcoming 1-2 months, it'd be showing as 2020
Yes, that i didn't know even cutee knows that But this was the initial post i responded to: 18363.356 was the first 1909 full ESD released, coming from the pre-release section on wsus, the first official 1909 released ISO and ESD was 18363.418.
The so-called 'RTM candidate' (probably eligible for GA) build that released publicly under the MSDN (recently referred as MVS) domain. Though, MS dropped that 'RTM concept' long ago since the early Win10 days as they made the new Win10 OS as a "servicing Model' rather than product (like its predecessors), don't know why ppl still using & thinking about it.
Because people just want to know which is the latest production "final" build to clean install and stay safe with just regular CU through Windows Update (no full system upgrades). 19041.xx is the one right now.
Guys i am with clean installed 19041.84 build (integrated updates from uupdump.ml). My question is there any difference from new insider ISO and do i need to reinstall again ?
"Optional Features" on Settings > Apps isn't showing anything installed for me, can't remove windows media player from there
Yeah, I just installed this build from the ESD, on the new menu Settings > Apps > Optional Features, there's nothing for me there
