Who cares what number is used as long as it can be used for identification of the versions, you use the 1.0.1.2 and i use the 1019, as long as both are the same, there is no new version released.

Please, one more time, dism or wimlib-imagex can't show the 3 because it's registry only, mount the install.wim/esd and run a query, doesn't matter what you run, then it will show: image version: 19043.928.
I installed from the USB pen drive created by Media Creation tool, and now Windows won't activate. I had genuine Windows on this laptop, with HWID based digital license. Never had a problem before. It says there is no product key on this system.
I dunno, the MCT ISO is OEMRET and should pick up the already established HWID or activate by MSDM. What SKU is it?
No idea about the SKU. It is a Eurocom Q5 (Clevo P957HR). Over 3 years old. I've clean installed Windows on this multiple times without entering a key. Should I download Windows 10 via UUP and do another clean install? Will that help? Or is my HWID based activation lost?
SKU as in what did you install and what was installed when the HWID was established, Home, Pro, etcetc...
