It already was from 18363.327 IP ISO, all users of that install got all updates without having to be signed in at any ring.

I have been trying to upgrade my 18363.693 build to 19041.84 for the past several days. Each time the progress percentage reaches 88%, then it says my pc will restart in a few moments, and then returns to the original build. Can anyone suggest a way to get it to complete the upgrade? I've even tried doing an inplace upgrade of 18363.693, which completed without a problem, but the 19041 upgrade still fails at 88%.

By ISO or WU SLOW ring?

When it reverts back, it should give a reason about what went wrong.

Check the panther folder for the setuperr.log file, maybe it contains helpful info.

Btw, when by ISO, there are no setup files in softwaredistribution.

I found the setuperr.log file but I can't make heads or tails out of the info in it.

I converted the log file to a text file, but I don't know how to attach it

You probably don't have the right amount of posts for attachments, then you can upload it on a filehost and link it here.

The "Upload a file" just appeared, guess I made enough posts today!! I'll try attaching the file.

I was about to test if it was public for 19041.xxx users or in the SLOW ring.

I get the same error I got with the last few CUs after updating from .21: “The User Profile Service service failed the sign-in. User profile cannot be loaded.”
