good morning everyone last saturday on 2004 when update+shutdown, new behavior, update to 30% as always do, then restart & finish to 100%, then without logon it shutdown... like it saludos
Mine too. Opening settings after windows booted, windows update on settings header says update in progress even there is no activity on windows update Try opening windows update, wait until loaded then go back to settings home, it will showing green check icon on header when it says up to date on windows update page (except if windows update is downloading an update, it will keep showing update in progress until it finished installing).
yes, this is the same issue, if you check for update manually, then it'd go green for a while, IDK the exact time, maybe for 5-10minutes, then again, after passing some time, it turned out to be the same i.e. update in progress with the yellow exclamation mark/sign while upon checking in the update section, there is no update on going over there. don't know if there is any incompatibility issue with this new 20h1 branch or what. Thought to post here if anyone knows any fix then that'd be great I use Windows with my MSFT acc logged in online always so don't know about that & can't really say anything regarding. Maybe you can try using online acc if you wish to. .
I guys I want to download KBs updates for 1909 and 2004, Can you send me a link to download it, without use windows.catalog.update??
in order to use 2004, you need to dl the full ISO & then either make an in-place update or a clean installation. Another way is to sign up into WindowsInsider programme & download the 2004 build straight from Windows Update as it still in slow ring I guess. Or just need to wait for GA & windows will automatically fetch it via Windows Update/ MS didn't (and will not) release any enablement (KB) update package to upgrade from 1909 to 2004 like they did last time for upgrading from 1903 to 1909.
Try installing the latest CU, which is the third CU released for this build. Might fix that annoying bug. Download Links in the OP.
Lastest CU already installed Also last week I installed 20H1 on other PC, I noticed that white bar bug also happening in google chrome but it didn't happened in my laptop (maybe I'm using theme from chrome webstore)
I have notice my keyboard stops working i unplug it and plug it back in and works again so theirs some issues their hopefully as more CUs are release does issues will get fixed.
sometimes times when i shutdown the screen flickers turns black and then comes back i have also notice a few bugs.
I think I may have finally found why I'm unable to upgrade to 19041 from my current version. I've read that there must be a "system reserved" partition on the drive, and my drive does not. Instead it has two "system restore" partitions, one before the C: partition, and one after it. See attached screenshot. My question now is, can I correct this without formatting, or must I wipe the drive and start over? Any advice welcome, I'm out of my league here. Thanks in advance.
