It's good to see it back up and running again, uupdump is a valuable resource to enable us to create our own homebrew Windows isos.

But for safety we need some backup domains are uupdump.hk, isodump.hk, uupdump.asia, isodump.asia, uupdump.china and isodump.china and their domains must host on servers which using Web 3.0 technology and not hosting on Alibaba Cloud, especially on servers located in China, due to regulatory reasons.

 

We don't need those domains, as they cannot be verified as safe. The only safe domain that everyone here knows to create a windows iso, is from uupdump.net.
