Yes. Never heard of a MSI specific OEM Key, in the vista/win7 era there were OEM:SLP (needs a slic and a certificate to work for viats/7) keys but those cannot be used to activate win 10/11 directly. You can use a genuine win 7 activation key for activating 10 (11 i don't know), upgrading from an activated win 7 should also still provide a free HWID but since tools like MAS HWID are available that's not needed anymore.
Thanks, one more thing(I've edited my previous post to which you were answering and you probably didn't see question): do I need Windows install USB or Windows Repair USB for this?
Only for fresh/clean install when you want to do that. After replacing the mobo and you left the system disk connected as it was Win 10/11 will just install the needed drivers for the new mobo, when they are available, the ones it can't get by WU you need to install manually (check device manager).
where can i find this version of windows.? https://forums.mydigitallife.net/th...1-22h2-vb_release.80763/page-495#post-1760412 Win 10 22H2 (19045.2006) ISOs
On MDL we don't do activation keys, you can use KMS_VL_ALL or MAS HWID (check my sig for how to find it).
