Only Dev channel builds are enrolled to the IP Dev channel, current one is 25276.1000 Windows 10 22H2 was never on the Dev channel, so any 22H2 ISOs are not enrolled to any IP channel even if somehow you'll download 19045.2545 build (2545 LCU is on RP channel) it will not be enrolled to anything and you'll get next Retail update as usual short answer: 1. only Dev builds are enrolled to the IP Dev channel by default 2. for anything else check build number and google on which channel it was released (but sometimes the same build could be on the RP and Retail channel)
I have interesting question. many people complain via this particular update (1904. 2486) January 10 2023 to be precise. Has some issues, bug. My question is . Does new MSDN iso have that problem because also consist of this cumulative update?
Windows 10 Version #21H2 | 19044.2486.vb_release_svc_prod1.230105-1654 does this iso contains the LTSC version ??

if i were to clean install. wich way should i go. use media cration tool ISO, use first ISO WIM format when 22H2 was released from this thread. or use Jan. 2023 Updated ISO
You're asking as if there would be a functional difference, assuming you'd install the same edition. Download whatever your heart desires and install it.
I always go for the latest ISOs. That way, you spend less time updating after a fresh install. Also, the MCT iirc creates ESD ISO images, which can't be edited & verified through hashes, whereas these are WIM ISOs, which can be modified & verified.
