nobody has the error "Unknow layout specified in manifest" in "Downloads" section of Microsoft Store app ?
it can't update Apps.

Tried twice on my VHD audit image based on 1904.1 then W10UI ofline with November 2023 CU+SSU (tried with regular online Windows Update too).
No problem with same method last month.

Edit: even clean 19041.1 Microsft Store can't open "Downloads" section.

 

are you talking about the old store as if so may be serverside

 

I can confirm the error.
one way to fix this is just to wait until the store app updates itself automatically, then it works fine again.

I also had the error yesterday while testing a new install on a VM. I fixed it by using the wsreset -i command to force the store to "re-install/update"

 

indeed, Microsoft Store is reinstalled with the updated version.
"wsreset -i" added to my pre-sysprep batch.
