No, there isn't. Follow the post above mine for instructions on how to make one.

After the end of general support in 2025 there will be three extra years of (paid) support, but yes it is a bit weird they are still developing 10 in the beta channel.

I did a fresh installation yesterday, on regular hardware, from this iso and with the network cable disconnected (from the router's side though) so as to make a local account. And right after the cortana info screens, it did not let me continue unless I connected to a network! It was saying "wired network connection: disconnected" and the next button was greyed out! Is this something new? Because it has not happened to me before, but I normally use the greek iso which does not have cortana.
    Code:

Yea, it was home. I knew the workarounds, but thought it was a w11 only anti-feature.
    Thank you though :)

Is that the one from June 2024? I will probably make a fresh installation from the greek iso this coming week and check it again.

I tried it just now. The same happens with the greek iso too! And if you do not set up another keyboard layout before reaching that point where you have to enter english characters on the dos prompt, you are doomed :D

I tried the oobe/bypassnro option and it worked, but I also made a small discovery. If you connect the network cable when the prompt for missing network appears, the next button becomes available and you can press it. After that, you just disconnect it again and the installer asks for a local account straight away!

Not applicable to wireless connections obviously.
