MSFT uses SHA1 for Updates, sha256 for ISOs and nobody will be able to crack the SHA1 either, for a few kb pdf it took ages for them, maybe the quantum computer will be able to do it faster. ps, links from UUP dump also are official MSFT links and downloading directly from MSFT server. Only in very rare cases we share updates on filehosts, 99.99% it is official links downloading from MSFT servers.
Sorry to be a bother, i am not sure why this is happening, it goes fine through everything except unmounting at the end, no updated image is created as a result. Something is keeping the mount folder from unmounting, an opened explorer window or some other (AV) software, reboot and check for leftovers like a mount folder. Run this in an elevated cmd prompt: Code: DISM /Cleanup-Wim And check if it is gone, else delete the folder manually.
Is there somewhere in config panel or in settings/system a way to see ESU activate and end of support on October 2028 ??
Thanks for this info, i think Acronis might have been interfering somehow, temporarily disabling it and restarting pc did the trick, the script finished and i now have an updated iso of LTSC windows
Code: slmgr /dli technically, none of ESU licenses has start or end date only Windows Update (and msu file) will be aware
Does anyone else get this error when trying to download the iso from microsoft? Linux, so no need to change the user agent, and chromium based browser.
What ISO are you trying to download from what exact website, yesterday someone asked me the same but it was on the windows 11 arm64 download page. We already provide all MVS ISOs, when you need one which isn't already provided just ask
I tried 5-6 times after ISOs released. but always failed. always like this. Start very good but after then stops to download.
