You used KB5011048 file from the refreshed pack, which collide with KB5066130 you should use the original from MU catalog refreshed KB5011048 should only be used alone without .NET rollup
Do you update install.wim alone as target? or extracted ISO? iso / distribution target can detect Net35Source by default from \sources\sxs (unless you removed that folder) you don't need to set the option yourself in this case
