There is no "checks ESU license on HOST" when you integrate updates offline, its hard blocked by design
when you boot the image later, updates are already Installed state not Install Pending, meaning no ESU checks occur either

the only way to install ESU updates for EnterpriseS/EnterpriseG is:
    - install online in Audit mode, sysprep, capture new install.wim // must do it for each new LCU

    - enable NetFx3 before adding LCU to force Install Pending (which delay ESU checks untill you boot the image) // you can't run cleanup offline
    edit: this method not working

you can just use plain ESU Suppressor once and forget

Just for remember, does W10UI already includes ESU Suppressor (that's why you said don't need suppressor when you used W10UI before), which allows can be installed LCU in offline image even for further updates right?

    EDIT 1:

I downloaded and saved the four files in a folder (KB4023057) located on the Desktop.
From here, what should I do to install it manually?

EDIT 2: Problem solved! I just need to run 'unifiedinstaller.exe' as an administrator. Now, after a clean installation of Windows, KB4023057 does not appear.

Alright... @abbodi1406 , @Enthousiast or anyone else, please, illuminate my ignorance!

    1) In my Windows 10 source image, where should I put the files I downloaded from KB4023057.x64? See the attached image.
Right now, the four files are located on the Desktop, in a folder named "KB4023057.x64". The files are:

    • compdb.xml.cab
    • ExeUpdateAgentDeployment.cab
    • unifiedinstaller.exe
    • UpdHealthTools.cab

    2) What command should I add in setupcomplete.cmd to run 'unifiedinstaller.exe' silently?
    3) Where should setupcomplete.cmd be placed in my Windows 10 source image? Right now, its placed in 'IMG\sources\$OEM$\$$\Setup'. Is it right?

    Thanks! Thanks!

    1) Next to setupcomplete.cmd
    2) unifiedinstaller.exe
    3) Correct
