It seems it was an explorer bug. After restart the explorer the warning disappeared...

I made a little comparison.:
Windows 10 21H2 Enterprise LTSC(19044.1288) – contains "Classic" versions of Notepad, Calculator, Paint
Windows 11 22H2 Enterprise VL(22621.1) – contains "Upgraded" versions of Notepad, Calculator, Paint
Windows 11 24H2 Enterprise LTSC(26100.1) - contains "Classic" versions of Notepad, Calculator, Paint

Hey, dear MS programmers, the best thing you do is to do nothing..

 

Ltsc by design have classic apps ... expected others than ltsc have modern apps

 

i am on windows 10 22H2 19045.7058 ESU installed... is it the most current build of windows 10 pl?

 

Until later today, when April's patch Tuesday updates get released.

my W10UI starts well, extracts the updates of today and then disappears
