    @abbodi1406 Dear abbodi1406, excuse me, I have a question. On Windows 10 22H2, the .NET Framework 3.5 update is a separate package from the LCU (Latest Cumulative Update). Why is it that after installing .NET Framework 3.5, I still need to reinstall the LCU?

    LCU must be the last servicing operation after enable or disable a feature, regardless if it update the components or not
    otherwise, WU will reoffer it

    So after installing .NET 3.5, which should be installed first: the .NET 3.5–4.8.1 update or the LCU?

    They don't get updated themselves, the NDP CU and the LCU do the updating of the components.
