It's never advised to put the update on the root of the systempartition.

When you use the "Administrator" account you don't need to run anything "as admin" because you already are THE admin which you would normally "run as". Anything you do while logged in as Administrator is executed by the Administrator without special privilege handling (required for normal users with admin rights). It's similar to being logged in as "root" in Linux: you don't need to (and usually can't even) use "sudo". At the least it worked like that the last time I checked it ... well, may be in Windows 7 or Vista...?

I know all of that read what i posted im getting 0x8000ffff on WU as well this has nothing to do with Administrator account this is what MS relates this error to.

    • Malware Infection
    • Faulty or Out-Of-Date Drivers
    • Incorrect Date and Time Settings
    • Unnecessary Drivers or Processes
    • Corrupted Windows Store Cache
    • Problematic Windows Store App
    • Missing or Corrupted System Files
    • Limited Access
    • Corrupted Registry Entries
I just call my buddy he told must likely is corrupted registry he told do a clean install with a fresh image problem solve im doing that now.

Any particular reason you felt the need to contradict something without actually knowing how it works?
Built-in Administrator runs by default with High-Integrity, there's no UAC trigger - you're the alpha, unlike users just part of the Administrators group that login with a split-token, by default in Medium-Integrity, and via UAC elevating to High-Integrity.
