It is on WSUS, released this morning. I might be able to sniff some links which I normally don't, but I will post if I find them.
Maybe @abbodi1406 publishes them when he comes online 19042.631 Techbench and MVS ISOs are already available.
Here is the direct download for the 19042.631 Business Volume x64 version as a sample. Sorry, I don't have time to check the other links right now. In one week it will be obsolete anyway by the release of the newer CU.
Windows 10 (business editions), version 20H2 (updated Nov 2020) (x64) - DVD (English) en_windows_10_business_editions_version_20h2_updated_nov_2020_x64_dvd_e5d7759b.iso 1b1bd78704e5b0476490dcb85ec6187ab2de7ea4
I know stating .630 was a broken build raised a few eyebrows, but here's microsoft confirming it by issuing the hotfixed batch. But microsoft committing to .631 so late would also mean .662 preview is f**ked somehow?! People, start panicking!

662 is listed as a preview. But I tend to think of a preview as offering new features that we can preview instead of offering new fixes that we can preview. It's as if MSFT has to let us see the new fixes before they can claim they really are fixes that belong in a final release to be put on an ISO or ESD. It still has an intuitively odd feel about it. But that's just me...
I only panic when my wife finds out how late i went to bed after spending another evening publishing original stuff
Preview on catalog is just a new name for the old c updates, non security quality only. Iirc someone (probably @BAU correct me when i am wrong) stated that new refresh ISOs (same for ESDs) never contain quality only updates when released. ps, considering you had some earlier weird feelings like 20H2 won't contain the 20H2 EP (well after it was already out), maybe better to not take your feelings to seriously.
It was not so much that I thought the 2nd EP wouldn't be included. It was the vibe that there could be a third EP, or fourth EP or ...Nth EP, if MSFT had a mind to do that sort of thing. I think that out-of-band updating has created an environment that makes it seem like there are not consistent patch Tuesdays anymore. There's patch Mondays, patch Wednesdays, patch Friday-nights, due to out-of-band updating.
