Microsoft didn't announce a date about Windows 10 21H2, so it's likely that it won't be available on 5th. Besides, Microsoft always chose B-update as RTM versions (18363.418, 19042.508 and 19043.928). 1266 is C-update. I believe that Microsoft will release a new version on 12th and later make it RTM.

 

Dear friends who know me very well Pl Dont Update Win10 Latest 1904x anymore means upcoming October patches plus there onwards cuz M$ will embed there malicious files to make most worst scenarios for Win10 to divert users to update to win11.
Special Note: Only for those who dont want to Update to Win11 or for Those who care for there safety as well as privacy too at High end sector.

Yeah, If enrolled in Release Preview channel offline, it did happen to earlier 19044 LTSC too, VMware and PC. Now, gone, a mistake as I expected then.

The same was notified to me in a private convo via one other user ( dont want to reveal his name due to his privacy ) months ago , i cross checked it too & found those comments were in real removed.
its ok they can remove the comments without any prior notice to a user or might be some kind of notification that your comment is removed due to this or that reason which will be a keen factor for user to understand why n for what those comments are removed.

Actually, MSFT announced the release of 21H2 (19044) in the release-preview channel in July, 2021. And it has long been accepted that the semi-annual 21H2 release will be in October or November, and that October 5th is one possibility. Since there have already been 19044 releases, I'm more curious about the EP and LCU for the final, than about getting wrapped around the axle over a precise date for the release of 21H2.

Hi. I am running W10 pro using the methods described here (Home to Pro key).

However, I haven't received a Windows Update notification that I am able to download Windows 11. It says Windows (10) is activated by my organization's activation service.
I'm wondering if I need to update/upgrade manually and if so, which method (to use)? Thanks

Apparently W11 was released yesterday and some have been receiving the Windows Update notification to upgrade
I'm not clear on the lingo here. What do you mean by ISO upgrade ? Are you referring to installing from Win11 via official MS sites and then using KMS?
And upgrade assistant is an app?

I have indeed seen a Microsoft Update banner from MS on a production release of Windows 10. "Congratulations. Your PC meets the requirements." and that crap. So they are indeed already teasing.

 

Does anyone know what is an upgrade ISO
and Upgrade Assistant @Enthousias is referring to in the above post?
