No Cab Files Are Just Extracted ones from MSU files itself . Nothing Else . Even you can also extract cab using any archive manager from msu's.

Downloaded and installed latest InsiderPreview 19043.928 ISOs to test some drivers. The 64-bit version works fine, but the 32-bit one won't start after copying files. Is this a joke?
What is this supposed to mean? If you're referring to "Date modified" at edition selection, don't pay attention to it. It's more or less irrelevant and it probably has something to do with the fact that 19041.1 initially came to life in 2019. Edit: Nevermind, I understood what you mean, reason is probably still the same.
Is "News and interests" only available for 21H1 ? Because in 19042.964 I don't see it. I like this feature. I use it.
