    It's literally kilobytes as all it does is change a few registry settings.

    The 19043.928 IP ISOs are the same as the new non IP Techbench ISOs (which are sign in free).

    And here are MVS links for en-US only MVS ISOs:

    The problem with MCT is it uses install.esd not install.wim. What MCT on USB is good for is a Boot Tool.
