The only way I've found to do this is using an unsigned theme, and UXStyle. If you wanted to go this route, you can find the title bar theme at the following address: hxxp://mare-m.deviantart.com/art/Colored-Title-Bar-Theme-for-Windows-10-552490027 (replace xx with tt - can't post direct links yet) and UXStyle at uxstyle.com I haven't tried it though on this new build, only on build 10240, where it works very well. They theme creator even accounted for needing the white text on the title bar with a dark theme, something that seems to have confused MS since Windows 8 onward.
so.. this new build will be released for everyone and everyone will be able to download the updated 10525 iso from the microsoft windows tool thing.. is it correct? ... hope so...
Did you click on get preview on Home page , I'm going on memory now, then download ISO, there is where key was and ISO

No, they didn't. Firstly, third party companies offered such implementations. Secondly, the solutions for Macs followed a different and simpler concept. Lastly, the Linux project has be part of the kernel since 09, later rewritten and re-added in 12.

There is a link to download the windows ISO but there is no serial code in the download page. This is very weird.
