@antonio8909, xinso I'm open to suggestions. As a mod, I'm trying to make the forum clean; merging similar threads is a part of that work. We've followed the same logic in case of previous builds - one discussion thread for each build. Can you please elaborate? I can't actually understand
Give antonio8909 elevated permission to the OP oriented by SAM-R. or ask SAM-R to update the OP with all links available. Thanks
As someone who mainly lurks and uses MDL for information and knowledge. Id like to see a topic for new build that actually discusses the build rather than 20 pages of .esd links what have no interest on the topic at hand, ie build discussion. Id rather 1 thread for links and a separate for what people find in the new build. Maybe that's just me tho and folk prefer a mix of discussion in a massive thread mainly links and requests.
TBH there isn't much to say about the post-RTM builds so far...I haven't noticed anything from the memory management improvements (tho I'm on 8GB) except that I had to get Chrome Canary, and the new context menus are simply more touch friendly (more space between entries).
Don't get me wrong soz I do like links but my post was mainly referring to comment by a mod about keeping 1 thread per build. Just saying 2threads would be better one for links and requests and one for discussion of build.
No. You are entitled to have your say. At home, I am using zh-TW and en-US only. Who you are? I do not care. But at MDL, we are all brothers. WE! Not me, or you.
Sorry I'm being understood totally wrong. I was thinking how it would be easier for Mods to moderate when a new build comes if there was 2 posts about a build. One for all the links and one for information. I like all the .esd links produced by everyone I really appreciate them. To make it easier for Poor mod when build comes It would make it easier to tidy 1 thread with links amongst the chaos as there is always a mixture of Interesting Build discussion mixed in with 75% of requests and links that will timeout. Peace.
Yes links then discussion is good but to get from Links to Discussion in a single thread is that not a tonne of work on a Forum Mod having to scan through everything and Merge and snip things?
