    There is no en-US language pack at the moment.

    But I have managed to add WindowsTH-KB2693643.cab without the need of en-US language pack.

    If you would not mind, please feel free to respond, and I will upload and show you custom ISO link via PM.

    well im not too impressed with this build, first time i upgraded to it, it totally lost my settings etc.

    the second time after id put back the old beta (from my backup) then upgraded to the new build internet explorer seems pretty broken.

    Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 10547 no right click on desktop?

    Oddly i can no longer right click on the desktop and get a menu for the desktop icons and like.

    Rather a odd bug and annoying.

    Anyone run into this and figure out a fix?

    Not really into reinstalling the programs again.

    Ahh well a new versions should come out soon enough.

    You can do a in place repair which is just the same as upgrading inside windows. Plug in a USB with your win 10 install on it and open, run setup.exe. Will look like performing a upgrade and you can keep all apps.

    timster has the fix: use that to turn View:Show desktop icons back on. You hit this bug in 10547 when Show desktop icons is turned off. :\

    Right, but Windows 10 got so much features, which is much more than Windows 8 and 8.1 together.

    I'm I the only one having all kinds of awkward issues with this build? For instance I can barley game in Fullscreen, I have to go Windowed Borderless otherwise I'm stuck with 2-5 FPS for some reason.. This is on a 2x GTX 980 SLI configuration.

    Someone recommended me to launch the Xbox-app and disable the Game PVR function. But the Xbox-app won't let me sign in without network error and for whatever stupid reason Microsoft have decided that you can't access the damn settings without logging in first....


    EDIT:

    There are also some serious issues with the networking in this build, or my Intel Pro LAN drivers are shady as f**k. When transferring data from my Windows Server the system lets the transfer use ALL the bandwidth of the Ethernet card rendering web-surfing and anything else while the transferring is taking place completely impossible and useless. I have never seen this kind of networking behaviour before.

    Seems to be a bug in build 10547.
    when on desktop background, press shift+F10 and the menu should appear.
    Change the icon display settings ...

    NVidia drivers having *massive* problems with SLI since months, that's not a Windows problem. Just check the Nvidia forum.

    That's why I wrote "just check the NVidia forum". I don't use a SLI setup by myself, but everytime I visist the NVidia forum many users reporting problems with SLI setups since driver 34x.xx I think.
