Sounds like you have a HDD, I saw the same hold for 18 mins and was upset, when I could have clean installed in 6.8 minutes. Except my up was at 77% and config 90%.
I forgot there's a few things that can throw this, and was thinking IP over RTM due to wrong key. Would like to see screen of settings at act screen.
Normally, people get free Windows 10 Pro with generic 3V66T. It is because the Windows 7/8.1/10130 etc. was activated with Retail or OEM. But if it was activated with KMS or MAK, then the generic key of free Windows 10 will be Volume:MAK. Afterwards, the key can be switched between variable channels of Retail, OEM:NONSLP and Volume:MAK and stay activated.
Yep, and I remember my insider pro was- TXYCV, which also made me think they went from a RTM to IP. We need to know if they are an insider and have always used the IP builds from fast ring or did they just try this IP over a RTM. KMS IS T83GX.
Hi Im running Enterprise LTSB I have opt into the insiders program but I don't get no builds @ WU My guess is that for LTSB there wil not be any upgrades as it is long time supported can anybody confirm this ? Greetz Base

This version is buggy - my icons on desktop can`t be fixed , my settings in control pannel are removed/lost after restart . Is just my problem or is a version trouble ?
Not sure if you mean fixed this way, I have set icons by name, size, type and rebooted each time and they stayed, and moved them all over with mouse and they stayed. Control P is huge with so many, can you be more specific .
