For anyone that has done a Clean Install of 10576, can you list the Folders in C: Drive before anything has been added to the Drive.
That worked for the last build too, which I think is when it magically started being supported again (it might have been the build before that--it's hard to recall now). I'm not sure if it's an intentional change since I've never seen MS comment about its return.
