That's only the case if your activation is via digital entitlement. If not, the OS will accept any retail keys for Windows 7 or higher for activation.

Is there any fix for the copy or move yet for this build. When I use either of these nothing shows the progress of either. I was thinking of going back one build if it is possible.
Install an app called teracopy as a workaround, it will show progress dialogs since it replaces the bugged windows copy handler in this build.
Glad I took the risk to clean install everything just for this build. The most stable one for me so far
