so emp took out the power for a bit and killed windows so i installed 11103 as a perma os till the new build
This was short lived. the 11102 update showed up last night so I hibernated to give me a bit more time to look at the bugs, Wake timers kicked in and updated overnight. Chrome was broken no matter what I did, 32/64 bit including Beta & clearing the appdata. Gave up after an hour and rolled back.
which is better? en_windows_10_core-pro_11103_x64_dvd-cip.iso or 11103.1000.160116-0014.RS1_RELEASE_CLIENTPRO-CORE-EDU-ENT_OEMRETVOL_X64_ENG_BY_ADGUARD.ISO
Anybody managed to get Dolby Digital working on Realtek? I can't get it processing, even with original laptop drivers. BTY, is driver signature enforcement disabled by default in these builds? Booting with F7, no Test mode Watermark on desktop?
Except for that build number, we literally know nothing about the 14xxx builds or what any build past 11102 brings to the table. It's waiting until the next preview.
en_windows_10_core-pro_11103_x64_dvd-cip.iso is almost like untouched image. nothing added, just fixed the setup.exe file using files from 11102. 11103.1000.160116-0014.RS1_RELEASE_CLIENTPRO-CORE-EDU-ENT_OEMRETVOL_X64_ENG_BY_ADGUARD.ISO has bundled ad links to promote the ADGUARD twitter/apps and comes with activators in the folder on the Desktop. Very "homebrew" iso image
