yep, rotating dots don't move or even don't show. A hard reset solves the problem but I DON'T LIKE THIS on every boot after a complete shut-down. Is not even after hibernation but after a total shut-down. No, I don't like this at all

Paul, I'm afraid to say that it's even happening while dual booting from v1511 th2 (10586-104 official build) to 14267 rs1

Oh, and I have to say, Fast Ring IS FASTER! One build per week :worthy:

Might be a bad Hard Drive, it does not have to be main one if you have more than one.

That issue got reported via windows feedback so I just upvoted it. That's should do the job getting enough attention. ^^

I too am suffering from the Stuck boot logo after a full shutdown I don't use hibernate. Need to press reset button normally loads second time. When she loads up my Wireless USB isn't picked up and needs unplugged and plugged in again never seen in any previous builds.

I've seen also the shutdown bug. I'll wait for another build before update

Just tried a complete shutdown and did not have any issue on bootup, I have been upgrading my system with each new build.

To fix the shutdown bug, just disable Fast Startup. To do this, do the following:
You must be an administrator to do this

    1. Open Cortana and type "Power"
    2. Click "Power Options"
    3. Click "Choose what the power buttons do"
    4. Click "Change settings that are currently unavailable
    5. Uncheck "Turn on fast startup (recommended)"
    6. Click save changes
