    i just attempted to update from 14257 through windows update. downloaded and it rebooted and was faced with this.

    "Your PC ran into a problem and needs to restart, we're just collecting some error info, and then we'll restart for you.
    then went on to say "couldt fix problem,restoreing back to previous os"
    so im back with 14257.

    And now download the esd file manually and create the iso and try again manually.
