Done! But the problem is again In other networks WiFi of my street I can see box to fill with password but whit mine not
In Windows 10, from what I know, tyou could not set the password directly, you'll need to click on an WiFi Icon for to connect, and if a username and/or Password is needed, the rquire box for to fill will pop up! I have that problem with the WiFi of one of my ISP outsite my home and office too. There will be not any asking for Username and password, it simply will connect and in browser ikt will go to the ISP's site and bring up the WiFi Logon, whit the filed for to keyin username and password. In 8.1 I was able to set directly in my Laptop, in 10, NOT ANYMORE!!
Please check cbs.log. I finally got my Main-PC updated as well, but had a few issues (my base was build 14271 en-gb) - Got the en-us ESD from WZOR and created an ISO with integrated drivers and updates with it. When I tried an in-place upgrade, I got a "Something happened (Install failed)" - error, after 16-18%. . Then I tried a clean-install, but after the first restart I got an "inaccessible boot device" - error. - Used the WU-ESD from my wife (en-us), but got the same issue. - Integrated also the en-gb language-pack, but that didn't work either. - Deleted all partition's of the Windows-SSD, but then I got a "Grldr not available on all drives" and an in-place upgrade gave me the same error as before. - Checked the Anti-Beacon and made sure that nothing was applied, but had the same issues afterwards. - Tried to fix the MBR with WinRE, but fixed nothing. - sfc /scannow found no errors. - Tried the GPT / UEFI - Way, but got again issues. - Removed the Spybot Anti-Beacon and got finally the WU-Update offered. - Installed via WU, but it booted back into my 14271 build. - Tried it via WU again and manually chose the Boot-Drive via Bios after each restart and got it finally installed.
YOu have to take ownership of the target folder from TrustedInstaller and give to the administrator group
I have the same problem with a TP-Link TL-WN321G and a D-Link DWA-110. The WiFi-Key got entered in Build 14271, but there is no option to do so in Build 14279 and if I try to connect, then I get the message "Can't connect to this Network". The Network is shown as "secured".
I've not been able to find a solution about this problem TONSCHUH and I returned to 14271 Great bug indeed
Yeah, it's a bit annoying. I only need WiFi for my wife's Surface Pro 3 and for our Desktop-PC's only to be able to cast Netflix to our Chromecast-2.
Edit: Update just showed. Build 14279 still doesn't show on my updates. Current Build is 10586.122 Things I did: - set to Fast Builds - ran sfc /scannow - ran DISM How long does it take to appear?
