Did you removed/disabled some services with MSGM toolkit or other tools? did you deactivated Telementry etc.if yes then thats why.i had those troubles too but after i realized that removing some services like Telemetry etc will stop getting Insider Builds
I tried to use the new "Connect" app with my Lumia 950, but the Lumia says that it can't connect to the PC. But my PC is configured well, and it's says that it's ready for connection. Someone has tried this? The app works now, or it's too early?

If you are waiting for MSFT to release .ISO for 14316. DON'T ISO's aren't released until Build is released to Slow Ring. It took from 10586 to 14295 for MSFT to release a Build to the Slow Ring.
