If you want to know what is going on with Win 10, most of the Win 10 Team is on Twitter. Twitter gives you direct access to the Team. Gabe has 126,000 Followers on Twitter, so he can't answer every Tweet, but he tries.
The whole Windows 10 seems like a Frankenstein monster and if you fix it's arm, it's leg becomes bugged.
You guy's simply using an BETA Version of an OS which is fully under development! Got that! And that simply means: you'll have to even with much more bugs than a finished OS ever will have! If you don't like that and couldn't accept those fact's, simply stop using that OS and use anything else which may be please you to be what you want!
Exactly. There are also a large number of people using these insider builds who are not part of the insider programme, and instead of reporting bugs to Microsoft they report it on forums or elsewhere. This completely defeats the purpose of the programme, and also commenting on forums instead of giving Microsoft feedback won't help in getting any issues sorted! This does not mean proper users of the programme can't comment in forums, as long as they have also reported the issue to Microsoft. In this sense, the comments should be constructive, not just whingeing that something doesn't work.
you'd think with each newer build the OS would be getting better with less bugs,as they would have been reported beforehand, but not new ones that the previous builds didn't have.
It is an process of trial and error depending on feedback of the users to get the bugs out of the way ! it will not be better untill it reaches it's final stage
Well changing code to fix one thing may and normally does effect other code. So stop bitching use the program and report the problem or go back to Windows 7 / 8 /8.1 and let us use it in peace. Thank you
The simple fact is, a normal user of software (and OS'es) will not have the same 'feeling' etc. that a programmer of that specific apps/OS has! A programmer will think fully differently than a user, with much more knowledge of that specific apps/OS than a user ever could have! Also, a programmer has to think in a much wider range than a user! The user 'just' will think about what his need are because of that 'small' range of Hardware and 3.party apps he'll use that system for while a programmer has to think about the whole range of available Hardware and 3.party apps which may would be used with his product! That's everything but a simple development! And that's why a company like MS really needs a serious Beta Testing Program, with serious Beta Testers, but those who has nothing else in their mind as to bashing everything down on which they get's their hands on! And still the same users are those who 'loudly' yelling all times about to get more and more for free, just not giving anything back, except bad comments!
Pretty sure we're not their only "beta testers", lol. The Insider Program is just an aid to their own QA team.
And the week before they had a build for PC and not phone. I have both, seems they are on the right speed getting things done.
