It depends. If you mean only that Windows 10 is constantly evolving, then you are correct. But if you mean that everyone is either in the fast or slow lanes as Insiders, then no, that is not correct. No one who doesn't want to is ever forced to become an Insider...
I am downloading mine at the moment. It looks like my expectations regarding Insider Preview next release have been completely meant. I haven't downloaded it yet but I can say it bodes well for my clear anxiousness.
Wow having an xbox controller plugged in brings the whole system to a sluggish state.. 20+ builds and it still lagging like 14295.
Can somebody abreat me of the new features added to this build? Are the ads on the lock screen fully functional? I know I am going to love it. And, I don't know why I feel so happy about it.

This has been a problem with two previous builds and if Microsoft didn't fix it in this one it means there is much for us to do to get it forestalled by reporting it to the feedback. It is our duty to keep reminding them. I can't stay without my games using the Xbox controller.
