    The main log file for setup is setupact.log somewhere in $windows.~bt$. There are also additional log files there for the upgrade process, IIRC.

    Split wim manually using dism:

    Code:
    Dism /Split-Image /ImageFile:x:\install.wim /SWMFile:y:\install.swm /FileSize:4000
    I use 3500 instead of 4000.
