I'll pass on this and redstone because taken alot of crap out of windows 10 to just running under 2gb out 8gb while surfing the net plus don't think i can get my laptop any faster ..
Edge problem Preview Build 14332 when i try to copy a link(rightclick on a link in Edge), the browser shuts down? Anyone els having this problem?
Yes, 100 has a point about checking your log files in the Event Viewer--always some interesting stuff to look through and ponder... Although as I say these builds are a mess currently--and some are much worse than others, depending on your hardware. The problem with the OS ID'ing the cause of a bug/crash is that often the incorrect component gets the blame when actually something further up-line is what failed--but the OS didn't catch it until later in the crash process. Crashes are like a row of Dominoes--one component topples and a chain reaction occurs until finally the system crashes--or stays up, as the case may be. Sometimes the OS is correct in ID'ing the problem--sometimes not. I've chased my tail more than once looking for problems that turned out to be in an entirely different area than what my error messages were saying...It's always frustrating!
I use a good browser (vivaldi) but, yes I reproduced it when an user asked. Turned out that we have both Cortana disabled so we guessed the problem may be that. Is it your case?
I installed the new Facebook Messenger today since it was released today and now for some reason all my tray apps are closing... and i have "Host Process for Windows Tasks" with the exclamation mark always popping up... Force closes Corsair Link, Realtek Audio and my Crimson drivers all at the same time...
Thanks also to 100 but I'll have to start again with the hard drive with insiders as it's a mess after disabling everything in services and boot startup...I can get to desktop in safe mode after ages booting but everything useful I cannot use as things are flashing on my screen very quickly as they try to load... tried booting up from official win 10 DVD also 14328 DVD and it can't repair.....oh well edit: got back to 14295 by selecting safemode with command prompt, once in command prompt just type "msconfig" and enable services and boot start up back again..phew now to back trying solve why 14332 doesn't install
...I did a pt-br esd iso created with esd decrypter 17 but failure in a clean install...however the esd iso en-us install without problem...
I install in dua boot,show me.. can not possible finish the instalation,an error ocurred....this error only iso pt-br instalation,en-us iso no problem...
