OK,but in this build i see a problem,i uncheck, but it automatically activates what is original SHA-1 for the iso ? this is the ISO hxtp://bit.ly/1QzUSJp,but in MEGA no longer available,WHY ? WHERE CAN I FIND original EN-US ISO for this build ?
Because 14332 isn't released as iso but as ESD only you can't compare sha-1 or other checksums (every iso made by encrypting/converting the esd will have his own unique checksums) Because mega does dmca takedowns 14332 isn't released as iso, as ESD only. You can find the original esd's in this thread
The hosts HWID doesn't have anything to do with the HWID in VMware. Last night i asked daz about it in the chat (it should be there in the archives). Afahk every new created vm has it's own hardware id so HWID should not work in VMware, he talked about a probable workaround by copying some file, just look in the chat archives (29 april 2016 from 23:39 and up.
Nope, brand new VM Then how did it activate? I was genuinely surprised myself I checked the product key, and it was one of the well known keys floating around the net
It was a brand new, never used VM, and nothing has ever been genuinely activated in VMWare ever, the only genuinely activated OS on this machine, is my main Windows 10 Pro host Everything else gets KMS activated, except for this one time because I wanted to try out the genuineticket method, but it was already activated before I got the chance So what HWID did it use to activate?
I was thinking every New VM has a different HWID, and I checked with Belarc and had a different SN on each one. That's why I was thinking maybe He used an existing VM to install it. Seriously I got no Idea, but I'm the Not Smart one
I just tried a install of the latest Home version on my Laptop running Genuine Win 8.1 Core and it's not activated. I'll swap the SSD out to the Win 10 drive and see what happens ?
The host has to have a digital entitlement for Windows 10, not 8.1 (Might even have to be running the version of 10 it is entitled to so the product ID is the same) Install genuine 10 on it, make sure it's activated, then install 10 in VMWare, same version --- EDIT - Why is the forum quoting people I quoted ages ago, with every post I quote someone else with now? Ah, it's too stupid to auto uncheck the multiple quote boxes after you've finished with them
My Host is on 10586 Home x64 and in a rush I installed the x86 version of Build 14332. Didn't activate. Guess I'll try to download the x64 version through My slow ass ATT connection
When on a laptop with 8.1 pre-installed it most likely has a bios oemm key for both 8.1 AND 10, check with alphawaves' oem query tool. When the oemm key is there, win 10 (most likely) Home will be activated with that key and not with HWID.
Having a bit of a weather problem so I'm not going to try on the Desktops. I'll try to update the Badly outdated Pro drive for My laptop but I can't download anything right now. Speed already dropped from a dismal enough 1.5Mb/s down to under 200Kb/s and steadily getting slower Gone offline until the lightning stops
Which version of VMWare are you using? Becouse i have vmware workstation installed on my host but the pid of the host is different from the id of the vm
Yes, but as soon as it goes online, I imagine it should activate a digital entitlement with MS servers meaning you don't need a key after that, even though the BIOS will always force one 12.1.1 build-3770994
