    Just upgraded to this and noticed that I now have an OEM app ("Lenovo Companion") that got auto-installed. Is this something new or has this just been happening without me noticing before?

    This build does see to be fairly snappy which is nice.

    As for the rest its testing time. :)

    It has been happening for me as well in previous builds (it installs Acer Explorer in my case). Even when I make a clean installation, it auto-installs it as well (weird :31:)

    The oems are getting integrated, could be a good possibility.

    On my install my Logitech G15 keyboard got installed thru WU all of a sudden (i didn't manually install the drivers for about 2 years now).

    I haven't found any problems with this build except when you go to and open the Windows Firewall Configuration in Admin Tools it gives a error, That's where I usually disable the Firewall settings on the 3 profiles, But this time I'll just Disable the Service instead.

    Great build though, I removed all the Metro Apps and Garbage components with MSMG Toolkit 4.4 then used NTLite to Disable the Windows Update Service.

    In all it works very well, I'll have to get used to the wider Task Bar though, It's a little to wide.

    No issues with disabling firewall settings. Sometimes that issue happens when you get rid of the garbage.

    Is MEGA the only place these days that everyone uploads files? 5 hours for a download is insane. Doesn't Microsoft have direct links to these ESD's? My WU refuses to update to 14352 and after a reset it still refuses to see it. I know I broke WU somehow, but I want to download the ESD and create an ISO myself and do a clean install now. My computer is running a legit retail copy using my own Windows 7 retail key, but I went to the preview builds a few months back and then somehow killed WU later on. I have not had any updates, except for Defender since like late April and I'm on the Fast ring.

    I just want to dl the ESD in a few minutes, where is that option please? Anyone know of a really fast server? Or is everything now on the MEGA slow servers? lol

    It's good to see at least the most major bug of recent build has been fixed. That other Explorer icon really did look crap!

    I wonder when the final version (minus any release day patches) will become available? How long after RS1 release will the wait be until RS2 builds are sent to the insider programme?

    Well I installed the mega sync app and just imported the 14352 into my cloud account. At 90 KB/s I should have it by tomorrow. Can't believe in this day and age with these super fast internet accounts we have that it takes half a day to download a simple file. I think NASA's communications with the rover on mars is faster than MEGA.

    If this was a Linux distro the dl would be finished in 5 minutes. After 20 years of using Windows I am starting to think there is nothing about it worth the hassle any more.

    I see. It's really odd (and pointless) to see this show up since the machine in my case is a rack server that the Lenovo app doesn't even seem to properly support anyway... :rolleyes:
