Download off of Windows Update like I did.

For me both SFC /Scannow and DISM complete without error's

 

Push Over. I've had .ISO for hour's now loaded on Flash Drive.

 

Then, send him your flashdrive

 

If he was an Insider, he could download himself.

installed and it's wonderful feels like RTM smooth and fast I'm on my main hardware on my insider SSD the big test is emulators if it's full speed than it's RTM

No system Hick-up yet which was only in preview builds

It's "RTM" when it's not timebombed and it has no watermark (and appr. 4 months later it gets refreshed....)

 

not true it's RTM when it feels like a final build like always
