Please define "feels"? It still has an expiration date and it still has a watermark, you can "feel" all you want but it's not "RTM".
many times RTM builds had timebombs and once it was up to spec and people cleared it the build number went up the time bomb removed and it was released same old same old

I think we differ in the definition of RTM. My believes are RTM is when the iso is released by MSDN(/techbench)/VLSC or at least in ISO for the general public and not one of them will have a insider watermark or a timebomb except Edu editions.
yes your version of RTM is limited mine is about how many stages a build goes through before it becomes final RTM escrow is the one we have now and when the final build have been chosen it goes on to be RC RTM and after that if all is great and no issue it's just RTM gold which means iso's go out and then that's where your limited def comes into play
ok so audio seems better and edge seems stable for once no crashing no freezing and gaming is great again unlike the last 5 builds looks like TH2 RTM is getting replaced as my main os if this build holds up
although there were apps running in the background that i previously had disabled, i was still able to turn them off and my privacy settings window didn't crash.
usually after the upgrade screen and then the reboot,it's the sign in screen, then ''we're setting up a few things'' screen but this time it just stayed on the sign in screen then went straight to my desktop, and everything is updated and working, even the privacy settings window doesn't crash which they report was a bug in this build.
