Obviously no delay with any third party start button. Anyway classic shell is way better than Start10
solid wim = esd both can be named .wim or .esd, and setup will recognize it regardless the format recovery is just a name from msft
Oh i could've expressed myself better, Windows 10 Default start menu is slow and sluggish in the latest insider preview build so i ended up installing classic shell and everything works great now
Downloaded En-US x64 Wzor homebrew ISO twice with 2 different SHA1 and neither match the supplied hash... Going to try the ESD for the second time (first attempt stopped at 99%). Edit: Success! After 12 GB of downloading lol
