I've returned back on 14352. Smooth build. Like a black Johnnie Walker. But ok, I am going to try fresh install 14361 later today and report back.
I too have noticed this as well and its very annoying. I use WFC to control the firewall and before I upgrade this time then I think I'll try the export rules option and then try importing them after I upgrade.
I had this issue on the first couple Insider builders long ago but not seen it since. I started using Classic Shell long ago too.
No luck. At the very first initialization seemed fine. Then, I guess after auto installing drivers (Radeon drivers, Razer Synapse, Asus Amda drivers) the delay shows up. I tried updating all drivers to the last available (even tried with non-whql) nothing helped. This build does not like my PC. There must be a solution, but I am not willing to spend any more time with it. Off he goes.
Same here, a clean install did not solve the problem. I used the MS default drivers and saw the delay then updated to the vendor specific drivers and still saw the same thing. First time this delay has occurred, was not happening in previous builds.
In my case there WAS one build besides this one that had this issue, but I don't remember which one was it. Hey, they finally changed the version:
Dona is flying back from the E3 in London, so it could be a while before the Big Red Button get's pushed.
They are doing Bug Bash this week, and they aren't going to do it with 14361. I think they are pushing out a new build.
