Which esd you used? manually downloaded or taken from C:\$Windows.~BT\Sources ?

 

After install new build sfc/scannow find error "Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix someof them. Details are included in the CBS.Log windir\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. For
example C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. Note that logging is currently not
supported in offline servicing scenarios."
This error is resolve after download ESD with curent build and Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth /source:wim:x:\sources\install.wim:1 /limitaccess

You decrypted the esd from the ~BT folder on C:?

 

install.esd from Sources Folder

 

Yea, that's not encrypted, any decrypter key will work as it doesn't need it

 

Please upload that .esd
