It's just a 500/500 fiberglass connection.

Just notice they tweaked dark mode some more. It now effects UWP inactive title bars now. Which makes them black when inactive. Sadly it doesn't effect win32 apps yet. but you can change it with a simple reg edit.

Also Weather\Msn\money uwp got updated and now have their own color title bar.
