[DISCUSSION] Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 14367 (PC + Mobile)

Someone else had same thing happen, I believe they said they pressed on keyboard Ctrl & Delete and rebooted, all was fine after that.

 

I am thinking of switching to these Preview builds. AFAIK if I do that, I won't be able to get the official public updates, will I? I am just sick and tired of waiting for this Anniversary update.

the offical public anniversary update will just arrive like any other preview builds if history is any guide once it arrives your be able to opt out of insider program or stick to it and wait for redstone 2 builds

 

Well you have 6 more weeks to wait. Release to Public expected around 29 July.

 

Way less than that, i presume.

 

In this thread there is a big question that has not been answered, is what Bat.1 said true or not?

why after upgrade with new build sfc/scannow show this :
Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files and successfully repaired
them. Details are included in the CBS.Log windir\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. For
example C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. Note that logging is currently not
supported in offline servicing scenarios. ??? how resolve this problem ?

 

Run sfc /scannow again

 

There is an log file in the location suggested. You can ignore the message it is an standard notification

 

so the 67 is the last insider release....until july final release

and not resolve sfc/scannow in old build this exercises resolve problem.

 

If this is a insider build, some of these commands will not work

Insider Preview is a different Build number

 

It's very unlikely that 14367 is the last Insider build, where did you get that from?

 

First of all, this was my result (upgrade path 7 SP1 > 10586.0 > all insiders > 14367 pro x64):

were a few weeks away from consumer release.

 

whe're you see that, it does not expire until Oct I believe

Websites say it expires in Oct to show Insiders program goes on

I think, they set that date for above, plus room to extend free upgrade period
